Service Description

Non-refundable booking fee of £29. This price covers your session fee only and does not include any digital images. 20 minute session at Gabrielle Davies Photography Studio, Wrexham - Session includes 1x set up as shown in image - Session is for immediate family only, but you can book a back-to-back session if you wish to bring along your mother / grandmother (for example) and have additional photos with them too - Private online gallery for you to view and select your favourite images which you wish for me to edit and for you to purchase. This will be available to you within 7 days after your session. The session fee is £29 and covers your time at the studio only. You can purchase your images separately. Pricing for these is below: 1x digital image - £25 5x Digital images - £99 10x Digital images - £139 All digital images - £159 A welcome guide will be available two weeks prior to your booking. Please arrive on time and with your children dressed and ready for the shoot, as the sessions are booked back-to-back and these are 'mini sessions' (15-20 mins). A waiting room is available should you wish to arrive 5 minutes before your session, to allow for your children to settle into the studio environment. Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session as this may disrupt other families, and may be overwhelming for the other children who wish for privacy. If you are late for your session, then unfortunately your session time will be cut short or may be cancelled. By paying the session fee, you are agreeing to the following: - The £29 session fee is non-refundable should you no longer require my services. The fee covers my admin time already put into creating your booking, cancelling your booking should you no longer require it, and reserving the session space which otherwise could have been booked by another family. - The sessions are designed to capture up to 5 children maximum due to studio space. - Gabrielle Davies Photography is not held responsible for the behaviour of the parties involved within the session and cannot be held responsible if due to un co-operative behaviour, we cannot capture all of the images the client had expected. Should the parties not be co-operative during the session, the session fee is still non-refundable and covers the time spent on the session.
