WELCOME TO GABRIELLE DAVIES PHOTOGRAPHY
First of all, thank you so much for booking myself to capture your precious memories.
You are so valued, and it is my absolute honour.
I cannot wait to get to know you and your family.
Be prepared for a unique, relaxing experience at my Studio, unlike any others you may have experienced before.
In this guide, I will talk you through what you should expect before, during and after your session.

Nestled in a quiet space in the upper levels of a historic Victorian building. Just a couple of metres distance from parking, so that you can walk by foot.
The best place to park is Waterworld Car Park, Wrexham (Shown in Image)
Exit the car park and head towards the zebra crossing.
Cross over, and immediately turn left.
Walk down the pathway, and on your right hand side you will need to look up and you will see the sign.
Please ring the buzzer, wait for a click and push the door to enter.
We have some stairs at the studio, but you can leave your pram on the lower ground floor.

THE PROCESS
Want to know a little more about how it works?
Here's an overview:

The Booking Process - You have secured your session and paid your session fee

The Shoot - You will arrive at the studio on your allocated date and time slot
3
Post Shoot - Within 3 weeks post session, you will receive a proofed online gallery
4
Image Selection - From the comfort of your own home, you can select your favourite images for printing, products and digital downloads
5
Gallery Collection - within 8 weeks your final images will be available to collect from the studio

About
Your session with me
Here are some helpful things to bring along to your session.
For you:
• Yourselves & Your Children.
• Up to two outfits so that you can change into something different if need be.
• If we are on location, you may need to pack boots or wellies (weather dependent)
For your children:
• Up to three different outfits to change into. We will use a maximum of two outfits, but it is handy to have a third incase baby / child has an accident.
• Dry Snacks, juice, nappies.
• A favourite toy, book, download their favourite songs on your device, and be prepared to get silly and engage in fun with your baby.

For yourself and siblings, If you are participating in family portraits, please refer to my style guide.
If we are on location, please dont be afraid to let your children play. Remember, that whilst they are jumping in puddles, playing in the sand or dipping their toes into the sea.. these moments arent about what they are wearing. It is about capturing them exactly how they are. Having fun, and letting their personalities shine through!
The sessions will run in my trademark style and workflow to ensure clean, crisp, consistent, timeless portraits every time. After all, this is why you have booked me.
However, if there are any specific requests please let me know prior to your session so that we can discuss.
WHAT TO BRING
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
The day of your family session has arrived, so what's next? Leave the rush and stress of the morning behind, now is your time to relax and unwind. We are going to have some serious fun, this is your one-on-one time with your beautiful family. Absorb every minute of your time here at the studio or on location. Remember, you have booked this session for a reason - because you want to capture these precious moments of and with your family to treasure, to be in the moment and to be in the photographs.
I recommend to try and schedule babies nap time prior to the session so that they are super happy and full of energy.
Sessions can last anywhere between 60-90 minutes.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
Within 3 weeks, you will receive a proof gallery via a personalised digital online link.
You can then select your favourite images that you would like to purchase as part of your Family & Baby Collection choice.
All of my Family & Baby collections are available for upgrade. If you would like more images than what you originally booked in for, please get in touch and I will be more than happy for you to upgrade to your preferred choice.
Final prodoucts will be available within 8 weeks after ordering.
